For renting a membership, do I only bear the rental fee? |
A: |
The rental fee is just monthly the rent of the membership to Vendor. Other than that, the renter needs to settle the monthly subscription fee to the club, and the renter also needs to pay the re-nomination fee once to the club upon submission of the application. |

What is the procedure of the membership transfer? |
A: |
- Buyer shall prepare the initial deposit and sign the agency agreement with us.
- Seller settles all the outstanding, prepare all the membership cards, original certificate or debenture notify letter to the club and sign agency agreement.
- Apply an application form for membership transfer from the club.
- Buyer shall prepare passport photos, ID copy, marriage certificate (if apply), application form and the transfer fee.
- Submit all document to the club and once the club has approved the transaction, buyer will have to pay off the remaining balance payment.

Except for our commission, the market price already include the transfer fee and all the charges. |

How long does it take the whole transfer or re-nomination proceeds? |

It depends on different club, but normally it takes around 4-5 weeks to proceed. |

How much does your commission cost? |

If transaction price under HK$500,000, we will charge HK$5,000 per case. And if the transaction price go upper than that, we will charge 1% of the transaction price. (except school debenture and shell company transfer) |

As a Seller, how can I secure my remaining balance? |

As being a well-known membership consultant company, we take fully responsible on every single case. Our services are including to make sure all the cheque payment have hand over and been collected. Especially when the seller or buyer is situated in foreign country, we will act as an escrow agent or guarantor to both sides. In order to enhance the progress of the transaction, and make sure that the seller will received the money and the buyer will get his membership as soon as possible. |

What is the procedure of the membership rental? |

- Vendor prepare the notify letter, existing membership card and apply for the application form for re-nomination.
- Renter gathers photos, ID copy, marriage certificate (if apply), filled application form, issue a cheque as security deposit and cheque as re-nomination fee.
- Submit all documents to the club and once the club has approved the re-nomination, renter should issue all post-dated cheques as rental payment for the whole leasing period.

How come there is so much different between first hand and second hand membership price? |
A: |
The first hand price is set by the Club itself, most of the club established for many years and has enough members already. Usually those clubs will rise up the first hand price from time to time in order to get a better profit through transfer fee. Because transfer fee is normally calculated at a fix percentage in related to the first hand price. The second hand market price is determined by lots of factors (e.g. market needs and new substitute club built). The second hand price much lower is because some of the Seller has been enjoyed the club for very long period, so they wouldn't mind to sell it out for a lower price. However, it is important to know there is no different and restriction on second hand membership when compare with the first hand one. |
